Upgrading and Installing Fedora 18 in VMware Fusion

I was thoroughly excited about Fedora 18 until I actually went to install it. I use Fedora 17 on a laptop and a desktop, but I also have copies in virtual machines that I use for testing -- these virtual machines run in VMware Fusion on my Mac Pro.
