The Register has just put up an article entitled After Debian releases SSL patch, a world of hurt for security pros. On page 2, I'm quoted which is cool, but what isn't cool is that the two typos in the article happen in my "quotes". Strange thing is that it was a phone interview, but now I look like an illiterate.
Good that the Register and many other outfits are picking this thing up tho as this is a severe pain in the arse for many people... especially the legions of Debian and Ubuntu fanboys. See guys? It's a good thing that Linux != Ubuntu or we'd all be hooped.
I do like how Mandriva got noted, by proxy anyways, as a distro not affected by the issue. Other than Debian/Ubuntu, Mandriva is the only distro noted in the article.
