The mac techmail two weeks ago was Synchronize OmniFocus tasks via Spootnik on the Web which looks at the Spootnik web service. You can do more than just sync OmniFocus using Spootnik (i.e. use it as a remote WebDAV service to sync OmniFocus on two macs); if you use Basecamp than you can munge and merge the OmniFocus data with Basecamp. I, personally, don’t use BaseCamp, but I can see how that could be a neat and useful feature and if you don’t have the ability to setup your own WebDAV server, Spootnik is an easy way to get OmniFocus syncing while you’re on the go and not on the same local network as all OmniFocus clients.
