Last week’s Mac techmail was Use Fake to automate web testing on the Mac which takes a look at a neat app for the Mac called Fake. This app is similar to Automator, except instead of automating desktop-related tasks, it automates web-related tasks. With it you can automate web submissions, use it to do regression testing on a web application, and so on. Fake is really useful for anyone that does web development and can assist in writing a test suite to make sure new development doesn’t cause regressions.
